Formerly known as the C & I Special, this short stroke kit contains the 2 link sets, lifting arm and a billet steel lever. This high-performance short stroke kit ensures maximum efficiency by providing the shortest stroke allowed by SASS for your 1866 or 1873 rifles. Shortens the stroke to 4 1/8". Our kit requires that your ammo be a minimum length of 1.45". This billet steel lever will not bend after repeated heavy use. We recommend replacing the carrier with our C & I Aluminum Carrier at $65.00.
