The Marble Arms® Sporting Rear Sight is the most recognizable “American Classic” pattern rifle sight. The design dates back to the late 1800s. The Marble Arms ® sporting rear sight became the preferred factory installed, barrel mounted sight of all the major rifle manufacturers. Fast handling, quick firing vintage rifles made by Winchester, Marlin, Remington, and Savage all had Marble Arms® sporting rear sights. We proudly offer the same sporting rear sight as we did 100 years ago. We even still hand-polish each one before it’s blued.
Our sporting rear has the unique double step elevator and the reversible U-shaped and V-shaped notch piece for precision sight-in. The overall sight can be moved up and down with the double step elevator-just like the vintage models. The hand painted enamel diamond on the notch piece instantly draws your eye to the sight notch for quick, instinctive shooting.
